The property is very secluded, offering a quiet mountain setting. While there are a few neighboring properties in the area, they are well-spaced, allowing for privacy and a sense of retreat.
Is the property accessible year-round?
Yes. The property is accessible year-round; however, winter weather conditions in the mountains may affect travel and access at times. Guests should be prepared for seasonal weather and plan accordingly.
When can I arrive?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 PM.

Wildlife sightings are common in the area. Guests have reported seeing deer, elk, bobcats, and moose, with hummingbirds frequently appearing during the summer months.
